Reducing inflammation: Inflammation is one of the biggest contributing factors to chronic disease, weight gain, and general feelings of unwell. My Custom Nutrition plans focus on avoiding foods that cause inflammation, and eating foods that reduce it.
Eating real, whole foods: On one of my plans you will not be asked to rely on shakes, bars, or processed “diet foods.” I believe that eating whole, real foods in their natural, unprocessed form is the best way to achieve optimal health and wellness.

These types of plans can sometimes lead to obsession and restriction, and that isn’t healthy! Instead, my plans provide you with general, recommended portion sizes and advice on how to listen to your body’s cues about what it needs. The goal is to become in-tune with the types and amounts of foods that serve your body best in the moment so that you can continue to eat optimally, even if your goals or needs change.

What you get: Your Custom Nutrition Plan comes with a consultation appointment, a printable download of your plan, and a customized Progress Tracker Workbook. You Custom Nutrition Plan will be based on your goals, limitations, current exercise skill-set, and access to equipment.
How much does it cost? Custom Nutrition Plans start at just $75. Discounts are available when combined with the purchase of other services, or if you have been a client of mine in the past!
How It works: Within 24 hours after purchasing your plan, you will be contacted by me to set up a consultation appointment. The consultation can happen over the phone or via Skype and usually last about an hour. During this consultation, I will ask you a number of important questions about your goals, diet, and health history. I will use this information to make a workout plan that is customized to your needs!
Within one week after completing the consultation, you will receive an email with your Custom Nutrition Plan. Now is the fun part! Follow the plan as I designed it for you and start getting results!
Need Extra Help? If you are feeling like you need a little more support, don’t worry, I’m here for you! You have access to my support seven days a week. If you have a big question or find yourself in a situation that won’t let you complete the program (i.e. your grocery budget dramatically changes or you have been medically advised to avoid foods included in your plan) we can schedule a phone call or skype session to resolve the issue and get you back on track.
